I'm in the same boat as Roger. No support, no support, and no support. I like the program except for it is running extremely slow on some functions. I have been trying to get a hold of someone (phone/email) for 2 months now...nothing...gurrrrr!
At first, the program seemed adequate to my needs. Then I had trouble downloading updates, viewing the calendar one week at a time, and changing some preference setting. So, I emailed support at binaryhouse dot com 3 times and I have yet to receive a reply. So, I looked at the BinaryHouse.com website looking for a phone number I could call. The list the number 877 353 7297 as their costumer service contact number. So I call them and it turned out to be another company that just sells for BinaryHouse.com and could not help me. I am in a loop with no one to talk to. Binary House has let me down and I feel quite frustrated right now!
