Cleaning Service is an information organizer ideal to facilitate recording, tracking, and management of workers, customers, and events related to cleaning services.
One of its advantages is that you can synchronize the calendar with Microsoft Outlook so you can update events between other computers and mobile devices. You can add the names and telephones of the workers, add an avatar and a set a color to identify their events.
The information for the events you can include is: the name of the event, phone, starting and ending time, resources or workers assigned, fee charged, customer info, job details, etc. You can also add an alarm and make an event recurrent.
You can create an event directly on the scheduler or on the tab named “Work Order List”. The Scheduler is very similar to Microsoft Outlook's Scheduler. Here you can show the events daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can also add an event directly on the scheduler. The Work Order List allows you to arrange the events for any of its information fields.
Besides adding events, you can create a database of the customers. You can include the name, phone, and some extra details.
The program allows you to create a backup of the database manually or automatically. This backup can be used for restoring the database later.
Another advantage is that you can print and export the information of the events to Excel, text, html, or xml files.
